However, from the reports it would seem that the efficiency of weight loss drugs is improved if they are mixed with a regular exercise program and a low calorie diet. This means eating a good diet incorporating food from all the food groups and includes vitamins and minerals - of course, fiber can be found in oats, rice, potatoes, cereals, vegetables and fruits. One cannot overeat! One must not eat as much! One must eat the right food! One must be active!
Workouts will need to be carried out if you want to benefit from the healthy food option, although this probably needs to be worked out in advance with your physician. A good exercise plan with the use of weights will help improve the body's ability to burn off the calories and maintain a healthy heart.
